Does this co-worker have a close friend, or someone she relates to in the office who you could approach to alert her to this problem? Is she from a different culture? Sometimes there are other reasons that the co-worker is not tolerated.

She is from India, I think it might be the food she eats, what gives her the extreme bad body oder, but we smell sweat also, she is there only 3 weeks and most of the employees are guys, including her we are only three women.
That smell bothers all of us and I guess she cannot smell it, and she thinks everything is OK. I really don't know how to approch her.

You are trying to scream discrimination, well you are very very wrong, the company is owned by Arabs and I am from Mexico, we have blacks (does that satisfy you) and Chinese. But she still stinks, I am sorry I answered you in first place.

What is your position with the company, as just another employee, you merely tell her that she has a odor that is bothering everyone,

If you are a boss or part of the HR and it is bad enough to effect, you call her into the office and be blunt and tell her.

Where is this coming from. I didn't say anything about discriminating anyone. So what is with the blacks ? Why did you bring that up ? My reply was completely generic. How would I know from your post who owned the company. You were asking how to tell someone that they had a bad odor.

East indian eat curry (spices) almost every meal, including garlic. Yes, sometimes the skin excudes the body oil already tainted with the spice odors. It doesn't matter how many times they bath, the odor is still there, and yes, she would not notice it because it is part of her daily life.Fr. Chuck has two good ideas on how to make her aware of it.

No one anywhere said anything about discrimination. You owe Ms. Tick an apology.
