Hi there I have had a substantial amount of money put into my fathers post office account for my children. It went in on the 11th of March 2011 and as of yet there has been no sign of it. The post office has accepted it but its isn't in the account. What can I do to get the money in my hands. They keep saying they are having lots of enquiries?? The thing is they give everyone else their money okay.
