I'm working on the school project about child abuse. Where can I obtain the tx physical child abuse information and code. What will happened if the child report on the parent for the first time and what about the third time. Will the child be taken away from the parent.

There is no hard and fast rules. Its all about guidelines. You can look those up online. Some get taken away on the first reporting and other never get taken into the system.
