    Is cheating a reason to revoke a green card?
    She got her 2 years green card then he found out she cheated on him on him,he filled for divorce and she agreed but she is a battered spouse, now the question is ,can he say to immigration to revoke her green card for cheating even though she might apply for a battered spouse??

    Cheating (marital infidelity) is generally not a grounds for revocation of permanent residence absent other evidence as to the bona fides of the marriage.
