Try 800-directv or 800-dishnet. Alternately, you can get a compass, a level and lots possibly a chain-saw.

    Hi,
Your best bet is to call the company for your satellite communications, and pay someone to set it up for you.
The dish has to be set at a certain level, degrees above the horizon, and pointed in the exact position towards its satellite. People who install these have the equipment to do it right the first time. You could possibly spend more time in trying to set it up yourself than it's worth.
I do wish you the best.

Do you really think you need to answer a question almost 3 years old? This was asked in Mar 2003!
