I have a GE Profile French Door (Ice and water in door too) freezer on bottom refrigerator. Model #PFSS6PKWASS Serial # RM072868. We have 2 problems
1) Ice maker makes ice some days and then it melts we cannot keep ice made in this fridge.
2) Twice now I have had a very large pool of water around the base left side (if you are looking at the fridge) today it did that again and I took the large drawer out of the fridge to fine a lake of water there.
Maybe #2 is a clogged drain tube but I am unsure where it would be in this model. Any help is greatly appreciated. The Fridge is 4 years old.
