Hi,I'm 24, I am just curious to my penis. Sometimes when my underwear(brief) touches the tip of my penis, it is painfull. And then the tip of my penis is little open. When I am experiencing intense feeling,and when my penis started to become active,there's a transparent liquid c0mes out from my penis. I also experiencing itchy and burning feeling around my anal part. Could someone help me?

You could have an infection causing irritation and soreness the moment anything touches the area.It could be a urine infection, affecting the bowel area or a bowel infection effecting the penis/bladder area.

To be sure of an accurate diagnoses go see your doctor and take a urine sample with you, it may be a good idea to ask him to check your sugar levels, this can also cause soreness in the same area.
