    You have to have a female present for there to be a pregnancy.

    And anytime you have sex there can be a pregnancy. Anytime you have UNPROTECTED sex... that possibility is far more likely.

    To answer more specifically (smoothy is right, but I wlil share the REASON behind this)
    There is still sperm in the pre ejaculation fluid that builds up at the head of the penis before ejaculation. It is for lubrication and to prepare the urethra for the coming of sperm (sorry for the pun)

    And yes this can get a girl pregnant.
