Cut her off completely and request no more contact. Limit it to a business relationship when you have to for the kids. If they try to contact you after you have asked them not to get a restraining order. Its over and been over for a long time. She needs to get over it already.

There is a maintenance order out against me for 27 years for her, this is not the order taken out for my then children She went through the courts to get it done and because I was employed by the law I have to pay until either she or me dies

In the States we call it spousal support.

So the pay is set up to go to her, and you have no reason to even have to talk to her,

Don't allow her to cause trouble, if she calls, hang up, if she comes over, tell her you will call the police if she does not leave

Don't read any text or emails and just let her get over it

Not everywhere... It is from Texas:
    Sec.A8.001.DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1)"Maintenance" means an award in a suit for
Dissolution of a marriage of periodic payments from the future
Income of one spouse for the support of the other spouse.
