I have been on my 2nd round of Clomid this month was 100 mg I start my period in 3 days I have been having dull achey pains in my stomach but not period like its like my whole stomach region no specific side. Boobs have also been sore and lower back since last night but the dull acheyness for about 4 or 5 days could this just be signs leading up to my period ?
