My dad kicked me out of his house where me & my son were living but now my dad won't let me have my son back, I can't just go & take him as I will have a fight on my hands, the police won't help, they say my son is fine where he is, what can I do?

You can go to Court and ask for full custody of your son. Your father will probably argue that you are somehow unfit, unstable or a danger to the child. You will argue that you are well able to care for a child.

The Court will decide.

Where is the father in all of this? Can you support your son? Do you have a place to live and some stability in your life?
