So I'm not on probation but I didn't do community service hours what could court do
Hi, so my boyfriend is 19 got arrested juanary 14 2011 accused for apptemted murder for November 19 2010. The cops from irwindale came to his mom house and rated the house which they found him in there. The cops took him without even reading his Miranda Rights. The next day juanary 15 he gets court at el monte. We go and they say he may get 45-to life in prison. But I am his girlfriend his witness because me and my boyfriend were together November 19 2010 from 6-12 we were at his mom house his mom and him argued so me him and his two little brother went to the park by his house and kicked it until 10 we came back and ate and than watched some movies I got a ride home and there but they are accusingmy boyfriend of shooting a guy at some party that same night which is a lie and the person accusing him wasn't even at the crime scene to even see anything she was at a party at la so she can't be at two places at the same time. And even the guy who got shot that day pointed out who shot him and obvilousy he didn't point my boyfriend because it was not him. So now there trying t give my boyfriend 45-to life for nothing I need help asap who ever is reading this help me please I don't want my boyfriend to be there for life.

The title of this post has nothing to do with the question - ?

What you do is testify in Court on his behalf. The jurors will either believe you and your witnesses or the prosecutor and his/her witnesses.

And you help him hire a really good Attorney.

All you can do is get him a great criminal defense attorney. What does this have to do with you doing community service?
