I have the worst case of dandruff ever since I got pregnant! Its driving me mad, so I started using head and shoulders, but after my second time using it the dandruff seems much flakier, does this mean the shampoo is working? Or is the dandruff just getting worse?

Your dandruff is probably getting worse. I hate head and shoulders. You might want to try Selsun blue and Pert Plus dandruff shampoos. Selsun Blue smells, but it does a pretty good job. You could switch between the Pert plus and Selsun every time you wash your hair.
