I am eight months pregnant and smoked a little crack(stupid decision) but I was wondering I know I got drug tested the first time at my visit and they drug tested me but never let me know if I passed or not, if I didn't would the doctor let me know?

The doctor will not necessarily let you know, but they will let the hospital know so that the nursery is prepared to detox a drug baby. Many places also let DCSF know and many times the child is taken away at birth of the baby tests positive for drugs.
