How to get pregnant even after the sperm comes out of the Virginia? Asin it never stays inside it always comes running back out, so I don't no what to do to become pregnant, I've been having unprotected sex for the past yearhoping I would become pregnant but I haven't so I sont no what I'm doing wrong? Firstly, it's a VAGNIA not a Virginia. Virginia is a State in the US.

Now, it only takes a few small sperm to reach the egg. Not all of the sperm comes out even though it may feel like it.

Have you discussed this with your husband? Has your husband been tested to see if his sperm is healthy?
