My shower is an Opal Triton ,which has three heat button settings and a stop buttonon the front of the appliance.Whenever I turn it on to the hot or warm cycle it automatically turns to the cold setting .I have tried turning it on and off several times but to no avail .Please can someone help me with the problem I have ,Thanks .

Sorry, but we don't use power or electric showers here in the USA... at least, not yet, so I'm afraid we can't be much help here... ;)

Check the power source coming into the shower... see if that has tripped and can be reset. Otherwise, I have to suggest that you call in a local plumber and have him resolve the issue for you, OK?
