I encountered the police this weekend. The police decided to talk to us after walking into a gas station. I was breathalyzed and I blew a .99 and there were open containers in the car. The driver did give consent to search.  We had a DD. They decided to let us go.  I'm on probation and with a suspended license. If no charges or citations were made Is there any way that my probation officer is going to find out about this?? And if he does find out will The fact that I was intoxicated and there were open containers in the car show up in any sort of reports if no actual charges were made?? By the way I'm underage 

The police computer information will show that you are on probation; a report would have to filed by the attending police, and yes your parole officer will be notified of the happenings.
