They are all over my house like on clothes walls in my kitchen I've done everything and I can't get rid of them people keep saying that it's a larva bug but I don't think it is. It sheeds its skin too its really gross and I need to know how to get rid of them

Time to call the pest control people if they are as widespread as you say.
