    Hi, unfortunately the uploader has not given permission to watch this video in my location, so this is a random guess :) I just watched the Film 'I am Number 4' and this song is on the Soundtrack so I'm thinking maybe the video shows a scene from that film. There were 2 blonde actresses, Teresa Palmer and Dianna Agron, maybe it's one of them, hope this helps, but if not... sorry :(
