I am 23 weeks pregnant and I haven't had any unusual discharge at all, until today. I went to the bathroom and a chunk of milky white discharge came out. It was slimy but held together, about the size of a quarter. I looked around online and I don't think it was anything to do with the mucus plug since there was no blood or discoloration at all. Should I be concerned?
