A 5 hp craftsman tiller, when I start it up, it splatters gas out the filter side of the carb, then chokes down.
What do I do? Mofel # 133402 type #0083-01 Code #951101ya

Could be the needle stuck open in carb,or the intake valve isn't closing all the way.
I would check inside of carb first.
Make sure you have a good clean air filter in it . This will cause it to flood out also .
