(not sex just some other things)... but she likes him a lot... and he says that he MIGHT be interested... but he still hasn't given us an answer for sure... should she wait on him or no?

Ask him for an answer if he doesn't give a respond just move on cause he might be playing like most of the boys do

He's stringing her along to give her the idea that she's the one who's more interested in him, than him in her. It gives him more power. Never wait for a clown like that.

I agree with Pink's answer above. The only thing I might caution is not to rush things. That's a deal breaker because it scares the other person away.
