Who is this picture of? It is a 2 x 2 1/2 print in an oval frame. We found it in southeast Missouri 40 years ago.

I have been looking at this print for 40 years at my mother in laws. I thought sure it was Meriweather Clark. Now that I own the print, I find it anywhere. How do you suggest I begin?
