How can kids lose weight healthily?
Hi! I'm 13 and kind of chubby. I know I'm at "that age" where my body changes, but I really want my stomach and thighs to be toned for the summer. I need to lose weight fast. I know that's impossible unless I starve myself, which I would never do. Could someone please give me some exercises that could help me lose weight. I went to the doctor recently and she said if I lost about 7 pounds I would probably at the perfect weight and have the body of my dreams. I am definitely willing to try anything that works.
