If there was a will and you were not mentioned, you may have a cause of action against the estate for your share. If there was no will you can submit a claim to the estate for your share.
You will have to prove paternity,
I would like to add that if you were legally adopted, you may have absolutely ZERO legal connection to a biological parent, and therefore would have no rights to his estate.
