I recommend you pull it out and remove the access plate near where the cord enters the machine, once removed check that the fusable links have not burned out. Follow the wires from the screw terminals into the dryer, there should be two links near the screw terminals, they are made of a white metal and have somewhat of a dogbone shape. If they are melted in half you will need to go further into the dryer to figure out why. Clean out the inner cabinet and inspect the heater elements, manny times excessive debris(lint) builds up on the elements causing the fusable links to blow. If your fusable links are intact your timer switch is likely bad.
