    Every morning I wake up and feel so sick.
    This has been happening or almost a year now and no doctors are able to tell me what's wrong. I wake up every morning around 4 45 am or 5 am to throw up and diarrhea but when I throw up its only (im guessing) stomach acid and it burns really bad coming up and the diarrhea really burns. Doctors have given me numerous pills of anti-acid but they don't seem to help. What should I do

    I would try sleepimg somewhere else for maybe 2 nights to see if your house is the cause.

    You might find the homoeopathic remedy sulphur helpful.

    You can try limiting spicy, fatty, and processed foods, as well as coffee, fizzy drinks and alcohol, and increase fresh vegetables, pulses and wholegrains.

    Natural things which might help include coconut milk, manuka honey and garlic - which help to get rid of any bad bacteria in the stomach and gut, natural live yoghurt, and flax seeds or oily fish to increase your omega 3 balance.

    Helpful supplements would be digestive enzymes and probiotics. Chamomile and fennel teas can be very calming to the stomach.

    You might also find magnesium helpful, as this calms the nervous system and reduces any inflammation, both of which can help calm the stomach. Taking regular baths with epsom salts in is one of the easiest ways to absorb magnesium, especially with an overactive tummy,

    Set your alarm for 3 a.m. and have half a dry toast, half a banana, and a little applesauce. Go back to sleep. Let us know what happens.
    To me it sounds like an ulcer but the doctors should have found it.
