Okay so I have been taking the pill for 4 years and then stopped for about 6 months due to no insurange. My period was out of wake during those months but I still got them and they were all normal flow and average cramping like they have always been.

Then I recently started a new relationship and we started having unprotected sex but he would "pull out." He told me to get back on it so I wouldn't get pregnant so I did get back on the pill, BUT the week before I got on the pill I thoght I was having my period but it was VERY light and like a dark redish color.

So I've been taking the pill every day the same time as usual and now it's time for my period again, I'm having very very light cramping and normally it's more painful than this, and the period is very very light and a dark redish color again. My boobs are tender and I've been craving things I don't normally eat. I have also noticed I'm peeing a lot more than normal. Could I be pregnant??

It's possible... even if you had been on the pill, it does not offer 100% protection.

It may just be your body reacting to starting back on birth control pills, but it would be wise to try a pregnancy test to rule out a possible pregnancy and give you some peace of mind.
