Sure, I'll summarize it for you.
The mother is an idiot.
I can do it very well, will I, no, but can I sure.
So why do you need to, are you writing a report on it,
If so, tell us about it and what you may want to write and we can help you with a report
I am writing a report about the article
Then let us know what you have. Site rules prohibit us doing your homework, but we don't mind helping you when you have it done.
I need help starting a report
If you read the rules you would know that we are not able to do your homework for you.
If you want to do your report we would be happy to critique it for you.
This is YOUR homework. We are not going to summarize it for you. All posts asking to do this have and will be removed.
I'll also add... Write something and we will help you make it better. But we will not do it for you while you d1ck around with your playstation.
Apparently the OP has a hard time with her homework.

OK... the OP should have posted this here herself but she did via PM to me...
I'll post it here... so its public record they did make an attempt at the assignment.

I'll start with my critique (Mind you I'm not an English Major, but am a College grad).
You are taking literal snippets from the original article, rather than taking the data in it and rewording the important points in a more condensed form. When Summarizing an aticle you don't have to take every bit of information in it... but you do take the more important bits. And do that in your own words.
What can help is make a list of the major facts (but not entire sentances).
Working from that list tell it in your own words. This will make it easier if you AREN'T reading the full article when you do it.
When you do it, then re-read the original, then read what you wrote to make sure you are on target with the facts. And make any corrections if you must.
In an article of that size you should be able to do this in one fairly small paragraph, unless there is a specific word count you need to meet.
And remember what a summary is. It gives you the highlights of something far larger, and does it in relatively few words. So you can understand what the summarized item is about before you take the time to read it and get all of the details.
If anyone else reading this finds something I left out... please add to this.
Very nice, smoothy. I couldn't have said it better (and I was an English major).
