I am eight weeks pregnant, confirmed by doctors, and am experiencing light bleeding. I have no cramps but the spotting occurs for about a week and then completely stops from month to month. The starnge thing is that it occurs around the same time my period would have. I had an ultrasound and an internal examination which had good results andthen a few weeks later another ultrasound that showed the hearbeat was strong and the baby was gorwing normally. Should I still be worried and if any of you know from past experience is this a sign of a miscarriage? Thank you.

Spotting or light bleeding around the time of the missed period is quite common in pregnancy and is not a sign of anything wrong. Use your common sense, though and if it gets heavy or anything feels wrong, get into the hospital to get it checked out.
