Okay, I have some kind of shyness and my face frustrate me so much. For example: my friend keeps telling me that when I talk to guys my face turns red so fast and I keep smiling, she told me that it's weakness. I really hate that. Please help! I'll appreciate it

Well, having confidence when I speak to someone is the only way I can avoid getting red. The older I get, and the more experience I have in talking to anyone (even cute boys), the less it happens. There are those rare times when something happens that just sets my face on fire.

It happened a lot more when I was younger. For what it's worth, my social life wasn't ruined forever by it :). You just need to grow into your skin and you will feel more confident the more experiences you have. Good luck to you!

Sorry to tell you... Its NOT a weakness... its a physical trait you can't change. You learn to NOT worry so much about it. You are probibly north European or have ancestors from the UK... am I right?

I have that as do many others... and while I was shy early in my life... most people that know me consider me an extrovert today.

Did it occur less as you got older and gained more confidence, or does it just happen out of your control?

For me, the red faces occur less as I get older. I'm not northern European though...

I know people of North European Decent... flush easily on average compaired to others.

Its really not changed as I got older... if I get caught off guard usually something I wasn't supposed to be doing etc... it happens. While I'm NOT shy it would occur at times shy people might be self concience. And feed into that hyper awareness creating a cycle.

Don't really know how to explain it better than that.

I'm not sure if your old enough, but I know I was exactly like you when I was younger, id get really embarrassed over stupid things and I had that one friend also that loved to point it out and make it worse, then I started to wear makeup and I could feel myself underneath going red but I knew no one else could see and then I just stopped getting embarrassed after a while. I think the more it happens the worse it get, your expecting it to happen, even in situations that shouldn't embarrass you, its like habit. Well it was for me. The makeup sorted it out for me. I know others might disagree with me (its just my experience).

I don't like to wear makeup though I'm supposed to

Why are you supposed to wear makeup? Isn't it more of a matter of choice?

I'm very fair skinned, blonde, and I flush/blush easily. You just learn to live with it.
