I usually have a semi regular period. And use super plus tampons. But the last couple of months I have had to use the ultra ones. And they fill up within 2 hours. And this month I haven't had a period yet. It has been 10 days since I was supposed to start. I took a test and it said negative. I recently feel like I have cramps, and craving chocolate (lol), but nothing. I also recently stopped donating plasma in the last month or 2. Does that have anything to do with it?

There could be a number of things that could cause irregular periods including pregnancy and stress. Although, I'm not sure about plasma donation. This is really something that you will need to visit your doctor about. We can't diagnose you here. All we can do is speculate.
