If the teen is just 13 and the boy is 18 what can I do

What does an 18 year old ADULT male have in common with 13 year old CHILD!!

While DATING isn't illegal there are other, more serious, things to consider.

Who are you in relation to this? If you are the parent you can refuse to allow her to date. In my opinion 13 is too young to one on one date with ANYONE.

While there are no laws against dating, sexual activity between them would, very likely get him arrested. And an 18 yr old near adult would have little in common with a 13 yr old child except sex.

Wow you are wrong on so many levels! She is a child, he is a grown man! So she should most likely go against her parents wishes and go behind their backs? I highly doubt her parents would approve.

Well first what is your relationship, if you are the parent, call the police on the adult dating the child. Order the child not to date them, and order the adult not to see your minor child or take the child anywhere. In most places, there are several laws, interfering with custody, to kidnapping ( minor can not decide to go, so a adult who is told not to be near)

Get a restraining order

There are plenty of ways to send the 18 year old pervert to jail.
