Please don't judge me but stealing is a very very bad habit of mine, I know its wrong and I know I shouldn't do it but I honestly can't stop myself, Ive seen counselors and phsycologists but nothing has worked, I have just recently been caught on camera for the 2nd time and I'm lucky I didn't go to jail! I have now been banned from the shop for ever and I have to go an apologise to the manager, what should I say? Please help me

Do they say you are a kleptomaniac. That is the clinical term for someone who can't stop stealing. There is medication available for this disorder. Why are you not taking it ?

Tell the manager that you are sorry and have learned a lesson about this and you are going to go get help. Then stay out of stores all together until this issue is resolved or you will find yourself in jail. Find someone who can go to the store for you. If all else fails and you really need something - walk up to an employee and say "I have a habit of stealing so I was wondering if you could assist me in shopping today" Chances are you won't be able to steal with an employee following you around and maybe after enough time you will find that you don't feel the urge to steal anymore.
