Hey I been on iud for about 2 months and when I got it I did not use birth control at all and know I think I'm pregnant.. idk what to do I spot but not had a period I did a home pregnant test but it came negative... what can I do

An IUD is birth control. Once it's in, you should not get pregnant. You've just had a negative pregnancy test, so it's pretty certain you are not pregnant.

The IUD can alter your period/bleeding a bit.
