Possibly just an off cycle. Is the vomiting and nausea still around even though your period is over? Or was that only during your period? The rest are very common with periods. But if you're still experiencing these symptoms even after your period it's best to actually call your doctor since no on online can diagnose or examine you and make sure it's not anything serious.
