I inherited a Zenith concierge TV (made for hotel usage) with no remote. Can I use a universal remote to change the TV settings (color, contrast, etc.) and what codes do I have to work with to set up the remote?

You have to look at the manual for the universal remote you pick.

THere are likely several possible ones for any given remote. And only one that works.
