We changed propane companies from Amerigas about a year ago. We called repeatedly, wrote letters and always got the same answer; "we will pick the tank up (200gal.) in 2 weeks. The tank has propane in it that was to be credited back to us. We are planning a building project and the tank which has been sitting near the road is in the way. My question is can I charge them a daily storage fee until they pick it up? I have a small business on our property and the building we are planning is for the small business. Can I send them a bill from my business for storing the tank?

Which company owns the tank? Where is the property? You can tell them that as a certain future date you will charge them for storage but its likely that the people who ignored your other calls will ignore this one two. Please answer my questions and we will go from there
