Laws of writ of execution in pa?
Do I need to use an attorney to file a writ of execution if I'm incorporated

No. The fact that the judgment creditor is a corporation, as opposed to an individual doesn't affect the ability of the judgment creditor to obtain and levy upon a writ of execution. An attorney may, however, have more knowledge in the proper procedures to obtain and use such a writ.
