Hi! I went to Sonologist for the TransVaginal Ultrasound because I want to have a baby and I was married for three years but until now I never get pregnant. The Sonologist told me she saw a small ball on my uterus but she suggested me to ask OB GYN for further info. And diagnosis interpretation. I am so scared but due to my work,I cannot find OBGYN immediately. Here is the complete diagnosis result. Please give me an answer for my peace of mind and kindly explain me the solution... I am very scared. ***. Help!!
The Uterus is anteverted with smooth contour and homogenous echopattern measuring 8.5 X 5.4 X 4.6 cm (cervix measure 3.1 X 3.6 X 3.5 cm) within the endometrial cavitys is a well defined echogenic mass measuring 1.5 X 1.9 X 1.1 cm,with its base attached posteriorly. The endometrium is hyperechoic measuring 0.3 cm anteriorly and 0.4cm posteriorly. The subendometrial halo is intact.
The right ovary measures 2.8 x 2.5 x 1.9 cm, with note of corpus luteum.
The left ovary measures 2.6 x 2.5 x 1.3 cm.
There are no adnexal masses. There is no free fluid in the cul de sac.
IMPRESSION: Endomterial MASS CONSIDER ENDOMETRIAL POLYP.
NORMAL OVARIES WITH CORPUS LUTEUM ON THE RIGHT.
Please Correlate clinically.
