Eat fewer calories... get more exercise. And Voilą, the weight melts away.
Im trying to loose weight too! I think this will MOST likely take you a while! Firstly.. get rid of ALL the junk food in your house. This includes of anything that will make you tempted to eat it.. Chips, chocolate, lollies , soft drinks etc
Secondly you should get outside for at least 3omin each day! This really helps as you burn calories.
U can also burn calories at home! Walking up and down the stairs for 10mins at home you can loose 100 calories! Keep drinking water :)
