In Windows Live Messenger, quite often when I sign in it'll have no contacts on it and my name will have changed from what a previously set it as.

Now does anyone know how the to stop this?

I tried going back to 7.5 but when I close a conversation it stops responding completely.

When was the last time you changed your password?

Ages ago.

Before you say it I seriously doubt I've been hacked as my name changes back to 'Ross' (My name), not as if it's some random thing that some punk has typed in.

and if I sign out then back in again that usually fixes the problem, it's just very annoying.

Does anyone else use your PC? Generally, such things remember the last users logged on.
