I have 91 dodge caravan 3.3. brakes were working fine no warning lights on. floor mat got stuck up under dash had to pull it out then, instantly warnig lights came on and brakes were stiff. Check fuses in dash all were OK.no wires pulled loosed what happened?

You might have bent the rod, or disturbed it in some fashion, going from the pedal to the master cylinder. Get a LED flashlight and check things out.
