Sloan regal flush valve the tailpeice coupling is fitting losse in the control stop brand new flush valves factory problem? Or am I missing something? O rings are good!!

I have seen this before...

Did you turn the water pressure on to full flow? If not, try that as it somehow causes the tailpiece oring to engage and lock tight.
