He claims its cause he is out making money cause he is doing this whole junking thing but when I ask him to spend time with us( Kids & Me) he always says he cant! Would it kill him to pend time with us I mean before we had kids he spent a lot of time with me then we had our 1st and it started not to be as much anymore then I had our second and he is never home anymore he has broken his promise to me 4 times now and I have no idea what's going on I'm not big I'm slim for having 2 kids back to back literally I have a 1yr and a 2month old! Any advice on what's going on?!

Kids are expensive. If he's out working to put a roof over your head and the kids, and food in your tummies, you can't really be upset with him. Someone has to provide.

Does he spend any time with you and the kids, or are you just upset because he's not around as much as he used to be, even though he's still around?

I don't think your weight has anything to do with it. It sounds like he's doing his best to support his family, and that means being away from home more and more.

I will assume you are not living with him,

But you can't ask and expect him to spend time with YOU, he may well no longer want that. Have you asked or arranged for him to visit the kids and take them without you.
