Have not seen my period since January 2011 took a pregnancy test in early march negative. Feeling my breast tingle stomach not flat as it use to be. Can I be pregnant and maybe checked to early?

If your periods are normally quite regular, it wasn't too early. Most women will get an accurate result once they miss a period. However, some women do not get a positive result for several weeks with urine tests.

You may want to either wait and see what happens this month... you my have just skipped February, it can happen... or see your doctor about having a pregnancy test done in office.

I agree with DoulaLC, the only correction that I would make would be to have a blood HCG (qualitative and quantitative) done at the doctors office. As there are times that women just do not respond to urine tests early on, and these blood tests are definitive.
