Hello, I'm trying to find an anime movie which I saw around 1997, then I guess it is of the 1990s.
There was sex and action involved. I remember there was a scene of a striptease and a very strange scene that many woman were caught to a machine and this machine inserted a kind of hammer through their vagina and suddenly all the wemen became extremelly old :S xD.
At the end there was a fight in a city were both the protagonist and the bad of the movie had super powers like flying and doing a sort of KameAme similar to Goku.

In the cover of the movie you could see a city and a big demond on top of it.
