3 missed periods negative blood and urine pregnancy tests?
Hi I'm 19 years old,I had one depo shot October I was due for the next one jan7-21 I did not go back and get this shot because I got stationed in germany and I didn't have time. The entire time I was on depo my period was still regular I had it every two weeks for 5 days,February 6th I had unprotected sex and I have missed 2 periods almost 3 periods since then, its been about 8 or 10 weeks and still no sigh of a period I had 5 negative urine test and 1 negative blood test.I have been so tiered, have headaches frequently(which I never have),my breast hurt(never happened before),my stomach hurts bad some days almost like a sharp cramping, and one day it felt like my organs were moving around. I don't know what else to do I don't know what's wrong with my body and its worrying me just a little.

You are stationed in Germany, I am making the assumption that you are in the service, and the medical treatment is not a good situation. Once you decide on a type of birth control that makes such a difference to your normal hormonal cycle, and then chose not to continue this type of hormone. It does take time for your body to re-regulate back to its normal cycle again. You don't say when you had the unprotected sex, was this while your Depo shot was in effect or afterward? This makes a big difference. How long have your breasts been 'hurting?' Is your diet any different since being deployed? Are you under any different stresses? How long are you going to be deployed for?
I know this isn't something that you want to hear, that it could take 6 months for the Depo shot to fully be removed from your system from the time that you should have gotten your second shot in January... so that would be sometime in June.
    I wish you the best.
    Be well
