Hi, My husband cheated on me. After He got his Conditional Green Card, Now he do not want to stay with me. He is making all the excuse. He is saying he don't want to settle down in USA. When I spoke to him last time, He was outside of United States. But I know he is lying. What if I proceed with Divorce? Is his Conditional Green Card can be revoked? He came to USA for two week only. I don't know where he is right now. Any Adivse?

The divorce and his immigration status are separate issues as they relate to you. If you feel you should divorce him, then do it. Let him deal with the immigration consequences of the divorce.
