Was hit buy some one.. came home with his eye full of blood.. half his face is big.. what to do

Agreed, please get the kitty to the vet immediately, if it looks as bad as it sounds he could have a fractured eye socket, jaw or skull.

If the eye has popped out you need to get a damp cloth and gently support the eye ball so it doesn't dry out, while you go to the vets.
If it hasn't had too much damage it may be able to be put back in.
